Phyllis Ann Allen Deck passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15 at her home in Jones, Oklahoma, at the age of 82. She was born Sept. 1, 1916 in Choctaw, OK to Jesse Freemont and Minnie Josephine (Farrell) Harper. She married Omer F. Allen and they lived in Jones before his death. She and her husband were the former owners of Allen Bus and Truck Lines in Jones. In 1975 Phyllis married Clarence Deck and they lived in Toronto, Kansas. He also preceded his wife in death. Phyllis was a homemaker and member of the Assembly of God Church. Phyllis is survived by four children, Frank Allen of Spencer, OK, Loretta Finchum of Jones, OK, Ronald Allen of Oklahoma City and Gloria LaLieberte of Harrah, OK; one brother Jesse F. Harper of Long Beach, CA, 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two husbands. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 18 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel with Dr. Dick Temple officiating, Interment will be at the Jones IOOF Cemetery.
