Mrs Helen DeVault
Morgantown, June 16 -- Mrs Helen DeVault, one of Monongalia county's oldest residents, died this morning at 7 o'clock, at the home of William Moon. Deceased was the widow of Ed DeVault and was the mother of eight children, one of whom is Mrs Charles W Swisher, of Charleston. Her former home was at Smithtown, this county, but of late years she had resided with relatives here. The funeral will be held from the Pisgah church Friday morning at 10 o'clock. Hon and Mrs C W Swisher and children, of Charleston, are here to remain until after the funeral.
