Services for Mrs. Catherine M. Ashford, 51, of 230 Cromwell Court, Liverpool, who died Monday night at St. Joseph's Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Maurer Funeral Home, 300 Second St., Liverpool. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Mrs. Ashford, a native of Syracuse, had lived in Liverpool for the past 11 years. She is survived by her husband, William; a daughter, Mrs. Marsha Blackford of Charlotte, N.C.; a son, David Kornbluth of Poughkeepsie; her mother, Mrs. Opal Schumacher of Ithaca, and three grandchildren. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
