LAURA ALICE CLOYD DIES HERE SUNDAY
HOLLANSBURG--Mrs. Laura Alice Cloyd, 85, died at 4:15 p.m. yesterday at Wayne hospital in Greenville. Mrs. Cloyd had been a resident of Hollansburg for more than 30 years. She was a member of the Palestine Church of Christ and the Hollansburg ladies aid.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Opal Mindling of San Jose, California, and Mrs. Raymond Wade of rural route 1, Hollansburg; three sons, Nelson, Chester, and Earl, all of Detroit, Michigan, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday at the Stutz and Sando funeral home in New Madison. The Rev. John Bergland will officiate with burial in Palestine Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
