Linda Lea Lerdal Manasco, 54, a retired department manager, died of lung cancer Sunday at her home.
Cremation will take place under the direction of O'Connor Funeral Home. Her memorial service is 10 a.m. Thursday at O'Connor Memorial Chapel, with burial of ashes in Highland Cemetery.
Survivors include her father, Kenneth Lerdal, of Harlingen, TX; daughter, Jennifer Manasco, of Great Falls; sisters: Janet Nellist, of Fort Worth, TX, and Judy Lerdal, of Arlington, TX; and brothers: Roger, Terry and Mike Lerdal, all of Thorton, IA.
Linda was born Aug. 12, 1955 in Clarion, Iowa, and was raised in Belmond, Iowa. She married Glenn Manasco in 1986 in Dallas, Texas. He died March 21, 2002.
Linda worked for the past two years with Subway as a sandwich artist. She worked at Wal-Mart for 15 years prior as a department manager. Linda loved her family, football and puzzles.
