RALPH W DANIELS--80:
Andover, died Sunday at Trumbull Memorial Hosp-Warren following a brief illness. MrDaniels was born 15 May 1905 in Williamsfield, a son of the late Albert & Minnie Higgins. He was a lifelong area resident. He retired from General Electric-Andover in 1970. He was a member of First United Methodist Church-Andover & was active in the Rainbow Class at the church. He was a past member of Masonic Lodge-506 & past patron of Floral Chapter-54-OES. He was also a member of Ashtabula Cnty Antique Engine Club & National Muzzle Loaders Rifle Assn.
He is survived by his wife-the former Arlene Fink, whom he married 26 Oct 1925; 6 child-ren: James-Andover; Marlene (sp-Glenn) Rayl, Janet (sp-Blaine) Burns-both Jefferson; Fran-ces (sp-Robert) White-WayneTwp; Shirley (sp-James) Otto-Jefferson; Sherie Daniels-at home; 20 grandchildren & 15 gr grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 6 bros: Walter, Earl, Carl, Floyd, Hallie & Wilbur; a sis: Nellie Thompson & a grandson.
Service is tomorrow morning at Baumgardner Funeral Home-Andvr, with RevRoger Rambaud-First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Williamsfield Cem. Masonic services will follow calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to theFirst United Methodist Church-Andover.
