One of the first Settlers of Omaha, NE. Arrived with brother David W. Hazard circa 1855. Married Anne Ogilvie Forrest 20 Dec 1861. Owned large section of Saratoga Bottoms. Quite the real estate king. Buried in Hazard Plot. Other name spelling Hazzard.
