Victoria Renea. Arostegui, 26 of Ontonagon, Mi passed away in her home in Chetek, WI on May 7th 2008.

She was born November 18,1981 in Phelps, WI to Manuel and Katherine Arostegui.

She is survived by her parents, Manuel and Kathy Arostegui, brothers and sisters, Christina, Andy, Manny and Andres Arostegui, and John and Eva Statler. Her nieces, Zoe and Gia Brorson,her Grandma, Patricia Crass and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

She received her high school degree in 1999. She was a great waitress and served many patrons of the Harbor Town Cafe in Ontonagon, MI. She also was a cook and did maintenance at Syle's Cafe. She worked, as a kitchen aide at Northwood's Hospital in Phelps, WI. She was handy with tools and even taught herself how to paint and tile.

Vicky lived life to the fullest. She was a kind-hearted, generous person with a great sense of humor. She always knew how to make you laugh even in the worst of circumstances.

Besides her self taught carpenter talents, she made beautiful paintings, pottery and purses.

A Memorial service was held at the Cane's Funeral Home in Ontonagon, MI, Wednesday, May 21, 2008 with Pastor Sewell officiating. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Ontonagon, Mi in the summer.
