Alfred was the first child and son of Etienne Louis and Rosanna Josephine (LaBonte) Fournier. He was born on Tuesday, 8 Feb 1916 in Baldwinville, Worcester County, Massachusetts. On 1 Sep 1941, he married Dorice "Doris" Marie Marcelline Caissie, daughter of Marcel and Menda (Boucher) Caissie. Alfred served under General George Patton during World War II. He built his own home in Baldwinville where he and Doris lived until their deaths. Alfred was a very intelligent man who was cherished as a loving husband, father and friend. He was highly respected by all who knew him. He passed away following a brief illness on Thursday, 16 Oct 2008.
