Sam Anheluk was born May 23, 1915 in Gorham, North
Dakota. The son of Stephen and Catherine Godleski) Anheluk. He was a farmer, worked in logging camps and worked in underground coal and trona mines. He retired from FMC Corporation and moved to Mesa Arizona with his wife, Stella. Sam's heart always went back to North Dakota,the farm and the wonderful friends and family he had there.
Sam is survived by his wife, Stella, Son, Ron Anheluk, Big Bear,California, daughter Judi (Mike) Gatti, Salt Lake City, Utah, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grand children and one sister-in-law, Ann Anheluk, Fairfield, North Dakota.
He was preceded in death by sons, Samuel and David Anheluk and great-grandson Christopher Anheluk, sisters Anna Gregory, Vinette Krogh, Rose Grenz, Olga Kordonowy and brothers, Mike and August.
