She was born in York County on February 1, 1937, the daughter of the late Harold L. and Catherine E. (Englishberger) Neff.
Norma was a homemaker. She was a member of Bethany UM Church in Red Lion and the Red Lion Women's Club.
She enjoyed the outdoors, loved to walk and spend time in Wildwood N.J., at the seashore, but most of all her grandchildren were her life and she just cherished the time they spent together.
In addition to her husband, Robert of Red Lion, she is survived by two daughters, Karen Kessler and husband, Mike of Red Lion, and Sherrie Gohn Adams and husband, Kenneth of Malabar, Fla.; one son, Shawn Gold and wife, Abby of York; five grandchildren, Erica Francia, Bria Machell, Bryn Gohn, Cade Gold and Carsyn Gold; and one great-grandson, Keegan Machell.
Cremation will take place with Burg Funeral Home.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
