Allison -- Mr. Homer R. Allison of Bairdstown, GA died Thursday. He is survived by his wife; daughters Mrs. Roy Caldwell, Marietta, GA; Mrs. Harris Greene, Cartersville, GA; sons, J. R. Allison, Avondale; Mr. Alsa Allison and Mr. John L. Allison, Cartersville; sisters Mrs. W. F. Grant, Gainesville, GA; Mrs. A. F. Lord, Crawford, GA; brothers, Mr. Callie Allison, Jacksonville, FL; Mr. Clifford Allison, New York; five grandchildren, one great-grandson. Funeral services will be held Saturiday at 2:30 p.m. from the Bairdstown Baptist Church. Rev. Owen Duvall will officiate. Interment in Bairdstown Cemetery. Calloway Funeral Home, Union Point, GA.
