Charles E. Adams Succumbs at 74
Charles E. Adams, 74, of 623 N. Franklin St., died in his sleep Sunday. He was pronounced dead by deputy coroner Dr. Leonard Rombach.
Born in Akron, he was a son of the late Henry and Adaline Lieb Adams.
He was employed by Singleton Shoe Store for 48 years.
He was a member of the Conestoga Artisans Club 23 of Lancaster.
He is survived by his widow, M. Marion Gorman Adams; a daughter Linnia, wife of Robert Bair, Allentown; a brother, Arthur L., Wantuch, N.Y.; three grandsons and two great-grandchildren.
