Mrs. Nellie Louella Fast, 71, sister of Mrs. Rose Quiery, Mrs. Lena English, Miss Bess McWilliams and John McWilliams all of Fort Scott, died July 18 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Ben (Mary) Hizer at Iantha, Mo.

Burial was in the Barton Cemetery.

She was born July 22, 1872 at Verdella, Barton County, Mo. to Benjamin C. and Mary Cloud McWilliams. She was married to Orin Taylor Fast on December 24, 1892. She and Orin had six children: Paul Cruiser Fast, Ruby Bell (Fast) Reed, Dixie Emma (Fast) Eccher, Orin William Fast, James Warren Fast and Mary Louisa (Fast) Hizar.
