ARTHUR JAMES CHERRY

Arthur Jamas Cherry, 904 Pennsylvania ave., Tyrone, died in Columbia, where he was employed, at 1 a.m. on Thursday.

He was born Jan. 17, 1909 at Tipton, the son of Alfred and Florence Kough Cherry. He was married Dec. 29, 1927 to Beatrice McClellan.

Surviving are the widow, a daughter, Evelyn, Tyrone; three grandchildren; five brothers and two sisters: Walter, Harvey and John, all of Tipton; Joseph, Altoona RD 1, Howard, of Grazierville; Mrs. Pearl Dean, Mrs. Erma Oyler, of Altoona.

He was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Johnson Mortuary, Bellwood, in charge of the Rev. Raymond Lucas. Burial will be in Charlottsville cemetery. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. today the mortuary.
