Born Sept. 21, 1967, in Carlisle, he was a son of Mary L. Shoap Rowe of the home address, and Carl E. Rowe of Winnsboro, S.C.
His early life was spent in the Waynesboro-Mont Alto region. Prior to moving to his present residence a year ago, the family had made its home in Chambersburg for five years.
He had worked at Pharo's Truck Stop in Shippensburg, and for a short time was employed as a guard for Frick Co. in Waynesboro. He was last employed by Nitterhouse Concrete Products in Chambersburg.
He was a Protestant.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepmother, Sherry Koziac Rowe of Winnsboro; one sister, Kimberly Rowe of Biglerville; one brother, Carl E. Rowe, Jr. at home; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert G. Rowe of Waynesboro; and maternal step-grandmother Louise Shoap of Newburg, Pa.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St, Waynesboro, with the Rev. Dale Martin officiating. Interment will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, near Quincy. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services on Tuesday.
