Cecil Odell Adams, 80, of Mountain Pine died Wednesday, September 15, 1999, at home.
Born October 24, 1918, at Cedar Glades, he was Baptist. He was predeceased by his parents, the Rev. Jim and Josie Adams.
Survivors included nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Caruth Village Funeral Home chapel with Brothers Jimmie Scott and Lester Bates officiating.
Pallbearers will be Roy Caldwell, Kenneth Caldwell, Larry Caldwell, Jamie Caldwell, David Caldwell and Dewayne Caldwell.
Honorary pallbearers are Arlis Herron, Ed McKnight, Doc Jones, Dr. James Campbell and Earl Hass.
Burial will be in Rock Springs Cemetery, Buckville. (from the "Sentinel-Record")
