Thomas Rouse was born in July 1843 to Nathaniel and Lucinda (Francis) Rouse in Shelby County, Indiana. His father passed when he was a young boy of 7 yrs. Thomas passed away on January 14, 1924 in Indianapolis of Bronchial Pneumonia. His final resting place is in Acton, Marion County, Indiana. We don't know if he ever married because of so many Thomas'.
