She was survived by her husband, Floyd, and a daughter, Alene, who was not quite 3-weeks-old. She was also survived by her mother, Mattie Joseph; her maternal grandmother, Sue Albro; 1 brother, Lieutenant Harrison Frye, who was serving in France with the United States Army at the time; and her husband's parents, Charles and Fannie Wagaman.
