SANGER — Julie Irene Ellison, 88, of Sanger, a homemaker, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2005, in Denton.
She was born Dec. 17, 1916, in Kiota, Okla., to Robert N. and Martha Ellen Belden Preskett. On Nov. 20, 1937, she married Fred [Simon Frederick] Ellison in Sudan, Texas.
A graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, at Sanger Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at Coker Funeral Home in Sanger.
Survivors include her husband, of Sanger; two sons, Bill Ellison of Valley View and Fred Ellison of Sanger; one daughter, Sue Matthews of Garland; one brother, Aaron Padgett of Long Beach, Calif.; one sister, Pauline King of Hesperia, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
