Orangeburg - James Richard Barr, 66, a retired employee with Utica Tool, died Wednesday at his residence. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today in Little Swamp Methodist Church. Burial, directed by Thompson Funeral Home, will be in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Barr was born in Orangeburg County, a son of Chester F. Barr and Inez Hutto Barr. He was an Army veteran of Korea and a member of the American Legion, VFW and Little Swamp Methodist Church.
