Elizabeth Pfile was born Nov, 26, 1848; died Nov. 24, 1912; aged 63 y. 11 m. 28 d. She was united in marriage to Matthias Pfile Dec. 3, 1867, who preceded her to the spirit world eight years ago. To this union were born nine children, of whom all survive and are mourning the loss of a kind and loving mother. Also one brother and one sister are living. She was a faithful and consistent member of the Mennonite Church for many years. Funeral services were conducted by the brethren E. M. Shellenberger and S. E. Graybill.
