Mr. Luther Edwards died at his home near Blackwells Wharf, VA, Sunday mourning Oct. 26, 1930 of SMALL POX, he contracted from handling the mail in the Post Office. He has been postmaster for many years at Blackwells VA. He leaves a wife and one daughter, Mrs. Alfred Luttrell, and five grandsons, four brothers, William, Frank, John and Aretous Edwards, three sisters, Mrs. Ben Dameron, Mrs. B. J. Dameron, both of Mila and Mrs L. J. Dodson of Dodlyt VA.
