Martha Jane Burgess, 91, Princeton, formerly of St. Louis, Mo, died at the Perry Memorial Hospital, in Princeton.
She was born Sept. 1, 1891, in Flora, IL to Samuel & Lillie Eick (?) Burgess.
She was a member of the Unity Church of St. Louis. She had been employed by the B & O Railroad for over 40 years.
Survivors include nephews, H. Earnest Burgess, Malvern R. Hoard, and Hary B. Hoard; five great-nephews; and several great-great-naphews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and a sister.
Graveside services were held at Elmwood Cemetery.
