Albert Chesser Sr., 78, passed away on May 19, 2010 in Diamondhead, Miss. He was born Jan. 13, 1932 in High Springs, Fla. to James Leroy Chesser and Lillie Williams and was a longtime resident of High Springs. He attended High Springs High School and graduated with the Class of '52. He owned and operated Chesser Septic Tank Service. Albert was preceded in death by his parents, his son Alan Bert Chesser, grandson Ian Nicholas Graham and sister Sadie Mae Chesser. He is survived by his son Albert Chesser Jr., his daughter Alisa (George) Graham of Pass Christian, Miss.; brother Bobby (Sandra) Chesser of Alachua, Fla.; and sister Susie (Virgil) Walker of Hampton, Fla.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 24, 2010 at 11 a.m. graveside at Antioch Cemetery in Gainesville, Fla. with the Rev. Daniel Kendall officiating. Visitation was held Sunday, May 23, 2010 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Evans-Carter Funeral Home Chapel in High Springs.
Arrangements were under the care of Evans-Carter Funeral Home.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 24, 2010 at 11 a.m. graveside at Antioch Cemetery in Gainesville, Fla. with the Rev. Daniel Kendall officiating. Visitation was held Sunday, May 23, 2010 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Evans-Carter Funeral Home Chapel in High Springs.
