She was the daughter of Columbus W Payne and Emma Monroe.she was a active member of the Order of Eastern Star and White Shrine.She was also a past Guardian of Jobs Daughters Bethel no.3 of Parkersburg W.V She left behind two granddaughters Kelli and Krys,and one granddaughter Rachel.She was preceeded in death by her husband of 40 years Billy A Rogers her daughter Rebecca and both parents.
