Mrs. Blanche B. Andress, of 918 Paoli Pike, West Chester, widow of Herbert Andress, superintendent of mails of the West Chester Post Office, died Saturday in Memorial Hospital, West Chester.
Mrs. Andress, who was in her 79th year, was born in Delaware, a daughter of Frank B. and Louise McCarter Lightcap. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Edwin D. Fox. at home; two sons, Charles H. and Herbert J., both of West Chester; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Way, of Telleyville, Del., and Mrs. Wilson Berry, of Wilmington; a brother, Frank Lightcap, of Wilmington, and three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Smith Funeral Home, 115 E. Gay St., West Chester on Wednesday, June 17th, at 2 o'clock p.m. Interment at Green Mount Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock.
