George W. Zerbe, aged 65 years, died of complications at 6:30 a. m. Monday at the Reading Hospital. He was admitted Sunday evening from his home, 942 North Eighth Street. Deceased was a native of Schuylkill Haven, but resided in this city many years. He was a member of the Salem U. B. Church, Knights of Friendship, Independent Order of Americans and the P. & R. Relief Association. He was employed as a watchman by the Reading Company. Besides his widow, Katie (McBinnis) Zerbe, he is survived by a brother, Emanuel Zerbe, and two sisters, Mrs. Lovina Fisher and Mrs. Sallie Ditzler, all of Pine Grove.
