WINNFIELD -- Services for Bertha L. Nix of Winnfield were to be at 2 p.m. today in Couley Methodist Church with the Rev. Milton Sergent officiating. Burial was to be in the church cemetery under direction of Southern.
Mrs. Nix, 74, died at 8:30 p.m. Saturday in Winnfield General Hospital.
Survivors include one son, Maurice Nix of Winnfield; one daughter, Dorothy King of New Orleans; two brothers, Clyde Frazier and Loren Frazier, both of Houston; one sister, Mrs. Ebb Sanders of Calvin; and six grandchildren.
