Heinrich August Schramm, Sohn von William und Margarethe Schramm, starb plötzlich und unerwartet am Herzschlag in Omaha, Nebraska fern von den Seinen am 3. Februar 1892, im Alter von 39 Jahren, 2 Monate und 9 Tage. Im Jahre 1873 kam er mit seinen Eltern und Geschwistern von Rushville, Ill. nach Nebraska. (Im Jahre) 1877 verehelichte er sich mit seiner nun trauernden Gattin Elisabeth, geborene Riechers. Er hinterlässt nebst den Eltern und Gattin, 5 Kinder, 3 Brueder und 4 Schwestern, sowie eine grosse Anzahl Verwandte, die seinen Tod zu betrauern. Einer seiner Brueder, Br. Philipp W. Schramm ist Prediger in der West deutschen Conferenz und Vorstehender Aeltester der Nord Nebraska Distrikts. Der Herr troeste Alle mit seinem Troste.

"Heinrich August Schramm, son of William and Margaret Schramm, died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack in Omaha, Nebraska away from his family on 3 February 1892, at the age of 39 years, 2 months and 9 days. In 1873 he came with his parents and siblings from Rushville, Ill. to Nebraska. (In) 1877 he married his now grieving wife Elizabeth, born Riechers. He leaves besides his parents and wife, five children, three brothers and four sisters, and a large number relatives to mourn his death. One of his brothers, (Rev. father) Philip W. Schramm is a preacher in the Western (German Methodist) Conference, and the above branches of the Northern Nebraska District. (May) the Lord comfort all with his love.
