Born July 19, 1943, in Peoria, she was a daughter of Thomas K. and Hazel Owen Blender.
Surviving is one sister, Marianne (and Brian) Bunch of Pleasant Valley, N.Y.
She had worked as a caregiver for Parc for the past several years.
She was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Burial of ashes will be in Springdale Cemetery in Peoria.
