Iberis shortly after she was born. She
went to the Iberis School and then for a
short time to Simmons College.
She was active in her Church in providing
the music, sang with chours and Stamps
Quartets for the Radio Station, and served
with many activities for her children in
their school.
Alma married Ed September 22, 1929 and was
the Mother of two children, Bruce and Charles.
She worked as a seamtress and sales person
for the Abilene Army Store and then for
Thorntons Department Store until retireing.
Alma was admired by her family and friends
for her loyalty, carring, and compassion.
