Services for Gerhardt Martin Jentsch, 58, were 10 a.m. Monday at St. Paul
Lutheran Church with the Rev. Thomas V. Handrick, pastor, officiating. Burial
was in Bowman Cemetery under the direction of Lunn's Colonial Funeral Home. He
died Friday, January 17, 1992 in a Wichita Falls hospital.

Mr. Jentsch was born October 20, 1933 in Archer County and was a lifetime
resident of the Wichita Falls area. He retired in 1989 as a self-employed
farmer and rancher. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Texas Game
Warden Association, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and
Archer County Farm Bureau, of which he was a past president. He and Betty Jo
Williamson were married March 11, 1954 in Archer County.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Carol Campbell of Archer City; two
sons, Welf of Austin and Gerald of Wichita Falls; two brothers, Alvin Jr. of
Wichita Falls and Herbert of Burkburnett; a sister, Margaret Maag of Archer
City; and three grandchildren.
