Born March 19, 1939, at Galatia, he had lived in Great Bend five years. he was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Brack of Great Bend, brothers, Ray of Greeley, Colo., and J. Dean of Great Bend, and sisters, Mrs. Albert Weimaster of Russell, and Mrs. Kenneth Krause of Wichita.
