Christensen, Albert A. 82, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on Jan. 29, 2010. He was born in Miami, Arizona on April 13, 1927 to Marinus and Ozona (Stinson) Christensen.

Served in the Merchant Marines. Faithful member of the LDS Church and served in many capacities.

Preceded in death by daughter Paula, his parents, a brother and two sisters. Survived by Edna, wife of 61 years; sons: Wayne & Mel; daughters: Jeanne, Lisa & Sara; 13 grandchildren; 16 greatgrandchildren; brother Walter and sister Ruby.

Visitation at LDS Church located at 920 S. Lindsay, Mesa Thurs. Feb. 4th from 6-8 pm. Funeral Fri. Feb. 5th at 11 am at above location. Burial in Virden, New Mexico, Sat. Feb. 6th. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the LDS Church Humanitarian or Missionary Fund or Hospice of the Valley-Phoenix, AZ.
