McALLEN, Nov. 30 - Charles Elmer Albin, 83, died unexpectedly of a heart attack Thursday morning. Mr. Albin had been a resident of the Valley for the past several years. Survivors include two brothers Otto Albin of Lamar, Colo., and James Albin, Rye, Colo., two sisters, Mrs. S. R. Scott, Topeka, Kans., Mrs. Flora Boyer, Thorntown, Ind. Arrangements are pending arrival of relatives. The Wilson Funeral home is in charge of the services.
