Mrs. Lillian E. (Cline) Adams, 58, of 106 East North Street, wife of William G. Adams Jr., died at 4:40 a.m. today at her home. She had been in falling health since August, 1953 and was critically ill since May 1956 suffering from leukemia. She was born at Highfield, Md., a daughter of Harry and Mae Fltz Cline. Her early life was lived at Highfield. In her early teens, following the death of her father, she was employed at the Maryland State Sanitorium, Sabillasvjlle, and was last employed at the chocolate factory near Cascade. Mr. and Mrs. Adams were married in May, 1924, and in the year following their marriage, they moved to Waynesboro, where they had since resided. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration. Blue Ridge Summit. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons: William G. Adams Jr., Waynesboro; Robert W. Adams of Media, Pa., and Kenneth M. Adams,, at home; her mother, and the following brothers and sisters: Charles Cline, James Cllne, Robert Cline, Howard Cline, Miss Mary Cline, all of Waynesboro and a half-sister, Mrs. Rose Crilley, Waynesboro. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Grove Funeral Home. Interment will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
