W.T. Wyatt Dies At East Bernstadt

Mr. William Thomas Wyatt, 84 years old, died at 6:30 o'clock Tuesday morning at his home in East Bernstadt of infirmities. Although he had been in ill health since February, he became critically ill only a few hours before. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Lemuel Wyatt, he was born June 13, 1855 in Laurel County, and with the exception of one year, he has always made this his home engaging in farming. For one year he was employed on a ranch in California. He was a member of the Methodist church. He was married to Miss Elizabeth Seeley, who preceded him in death.
Surviving him are six children: three daughters, Mrs. Millie House, McWhorter; Mrs. Mattie Phillips, Sayre, Okla.; and Mrs. Mollie Lincks, East Bernstadt; and three sons, A.H. Wyatt, Decatur, Ga.; Ralph R. Wyatt, Dayton, Ohio, and W.N. Wyatt, Detroit, Mich.
Yesterday afternoon definite funeral arrangements had not been made, awaiting arrival of his daughter from Oklahoma.
