Services for Bertie Mae Bracewell, 80, of Rentz, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Rentz Baptist Church. Burial will follow in The Rentz Cemetery. Rev. Tom Vann and Rev. Billy Glosson will officiate.
Mrs. Bracewell was a lifelong resident of Laurens County. She was the daughter of the late Homer Franklin Wynn and the late Vassie Coleman Wynn. She was a member of Rentz Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a son, Mack Owen Bracewell; a grandson, Chad Edward Bracewell; a granddaughter, Gabriella Bracewell; a brother, Herman Wynn and a sister, Grace Rogers. She died Tuesday.
Survivors include her husband, Francis Eugene Bracewell of Rentz; her children, Frankie and Regenia Bracewell of Rentz, Danny and Dianne Bracewell of Rentz, Susan and Ira Brown of Dublin, Phil and Naomi Bracewell of Rentz and Chris and Tina Bracewell of Rentz; her grandchildren, Dawn Brooks, Kanda Garner, Cass Bracewell, Dan Bracewell, Tyler Bracewell, Chuck Chambers, Andy Chambers, Tammy Butler, Joey Brown, Owen Bracewell, Jonathan Bracewell, Kristina Bracewell, and Zach Bracewell; her great-grandchildren, Kylee Brooks, Graham Brooks, Jesse Garner, Madison Bracewell, Bo Bracewell, Hannah Bracewell and Chad Bracewell; and several nieces and nephews.
