William Martin Warren, resident of 29 South Queen Street, died at his home early Sunday morning following an illness of six months due to complications of age.
He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Warren, was a native of Cumberland County and was aged 88 years, 8 months and 19 days. His wife Mrs. Beshora [also found Bathsheba in Emma's obit] Keefer Warren, preceded him in death.
He is survived by the following three children and two brothers: Mrs. Henrietta Evilhock [also Evelhoch], Mrs. Robert Reed and Mrs Emma Alexander, all of town, and by Samuel and John Warren, both of Shippensburg R.R. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and by eighteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon. Meeting at the house on South Queen Street for a brief service, the funeral cortege will go to the Cleversburg Evangelical Church for further services conducted by Rev. Frank Fry. Burial will be made in the Cleversburg Cemetery.
