William Grant Morris, age 75, a lifelong resident of Taylorsville, passed away April 4, 2004 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born January 14, 1929 in Taylorsville, Utah, son of William Adwin and Valeria Glover Morris. Married Marilynn Moore June 26, 1948 in Washington, Utah, later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple. Served in the U.S. Air Force as Staff Sargent in the Arctic Circle in Greenland. He worked and retired from Varian

Associates after 37 years.

Survived by his wife, Marilynn; many nieces and nephews– who will miss him dearly. Preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Rela Morris and Marjorie Winward; niece, Kaye Wright.

Funeral services will be held Thurs., 11 a.m. at the Taylorsville Gardens 1st Ward, 4252 S. Bennion Road (1950 W.) A viewing will be held Wed., 6-7:30 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Rd and Thurs. at the church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
