Mr. Pullen
William Aaron Pullen, 72, Rt. 2, Town Creek, died Saturday at Colbert County Hospital. He had been ill five days.
He was a lifelong resident of Colbert County and a retired farmer. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Alice; sons, W.A. Pullen Jr., Douglas A. Pullen, Kenneth Don Pullen, all of Town Creek; sisters, Mrs. P.J. Vinson, Huntsville; Mrs. Sallie McNeely, Green Castle, Ind.; five grandchildren.
Service was 3 p.m. today at Morrison-Elkins Chapel in Tuscumbia. Rev. A. Scott Jones and Rev. Lee Sanderson officiated. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery, Town Creek.
Bearers were Hugh J. Posey, Porter Kimbrell, Jack Davis, Roy Springer, W.W. Brackin, Bob Neal, J.J. Johnson and Paul Gray.
