M. N. Scrogin
M. N. Scrogin, of the East Barrett orchard district, who died Wednesday at the age of 58 years, was buried Friday at Idlewilde cemetery, following funeral services at the home. In addition to his widow, Mr. Scrogin is survived by the following children:
Mrs. Herman Gilcher, of Bend; Mrs. Ira Bennett, of Vancouver, Wash.; Mrs. Pavalee Klint, of Portland; and Mrs. Bertha Gilcher and Nat., Charles, Alphonse, John and Lawrence Scrogin, all of Hood River.
At the request of the deceased his body was taken to the cemetery in a horsedrawn hearse.
