DOROTHY P. LEWIS, 97, died Monday, May 24, 2004, at The Village of Heritage in Monroeville. Born in Casey, Ill., she was an Inspector with Magnavox Corp. for 25 years, retiring in 1966, and was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Survivors include son, Samuel P. Lewis of Greenville, S.C.; daughters, Eunice G. Wilson of Memphis, Tenn., Patricia A. Gerke of Oldsmar, Fla. and Churubusco, Dorothy P. Ramsey of Fort Wayne; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grand-children and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Arnold Lewis, in 1989; three children, one brother and two sisters. Service is 11 a.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road. Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial in Monroeville Memorial Cemetery, Monroeville.
