Buckley, George Albert...His home, E 528 Kiernan. Husband of Anna Margaret Buckley at the home; father of Mrs. Mary Driver, Usk, Wash; Mrs. Beulah Petefish, Spokane; Mrs. Blanche Stroh, Spokane; Wilbur Buckley, Wenatchee. 22 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; stepfather of Orville Runyan, and Virgil Runyan, both of Spokane; brother of Mrs. Elsie Trainer, Cumberland, Iowa; and Elmer Buckley, Atlantic, Iowa. He was a member of the Brotherhood of American Railway Employees and resident of Spokane for 33 years. Funeral Thurs., May 12 at 1 p.m. at the Alwin Chapel of Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home, N. 1306 Monroe St. Rev. Norman E. Menke officiating. Burial services Fairmount Memorial Park Cemetery.

George left Iowa and relocated in eastern Washington state about 1900. He homesteaded at St Andrews WA (no longer on some newer maps)for many years before moving to Spokane where he worked for the railroad.
