17 DEC 2020, Incoming transfer, added gender. Wife is buried at plot 139, but he was not recorded for some reason, so he is probably beside one or the other wife, both are buried here.~Married Nellie Glass Boot (1874-1930).Plot number corresponds to the map in the canvass and survey from the American Indian Institute; "Our People And Where They Rest," (OPAWTR) James W. Tyner and Alice Tyner Timmons, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. 1969, Volume 1, p. 57. (Library of Congress No. QE99-C5-T97) Their team placed him at the Lu-li Indian Cemetery at that time.*

Their information (including any diagrams or maps) is given here as a historical reference and is presented "as is." Their book, like many such cemetery listing compilations, may contain errors.** As with any genealogy information, this is merely a "source" and should be considered as such. It falls upon the end-user to verify the accuracy. The set of books are available at many Oklahoma libraries. Once freely available for online viewing, the OPAWTR volumes can now be accessed only at a LDS Family History Library, a partner library, or a Family History Center. (LDS)

Keep in mind that this survey was done circa 1970, and based on a visual assessment, i.e. it was there at the time of the survey. Tornadoes, vandalism and other such factors, (including re-internment at a different cemetery) may well have intervened and the marker may not be found today.
31 JAN 2021, SAC with report that decedent has apparently been moved, * and is now at the Timpson Chapel Cemetery. (Or as suggested, he was never actually buried at Lu-li to begin with, could very well have been a mistake on the part of the survey team.** [Map is no longer of use, consider as historical in nature] Change of cemetery; there are several with surname BOOT buried there.
01 FEB 2021, SAC with additional: Levi's half brother Bert/Bird Doublehead died in 1916 and is buried at Timpson. Blossom's wife Nellie and their daughter Cornelia are buried at Timpson in the same lot as Blossom's parents and Levi's daughter Cornelia Doublehead. At one time their lot was at the very south end of the cemetery so in 1943 they might have felt there was no room near Nellie to bury Blossom so he's several rows over. Today the south end of the cemetery has been moved and everyone between Nellie (and others along what used to be the south end) are all recent burials.
Also looks like early burials of Nellie Boot's maternal side may be buried at Lu-li~Lulie
