The Denver Post, May 5, 2010 Lacey peacefully passed away at home on Sunday, May 2, 2010 after a courageous battle with cervical cancer. She was 28.
Lacey is survived by her loving husband, Jesse; parents Robert and Peggy Whalen; brother, James, parents-in-law, John and Carol Alsup; grandparents Shirley Christensen, Dex and Delores Witt and Reba Alsup; many other loving family amd friends who will miss her greatly, and her beloved pets, Magoo, Boscoe, Sasha and Saddie.
