Louis James Hyman was born May 30, 1941 in Willis, Texas, and passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in Conroe, Texas. A Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 2, at the Willowhole Cemetery in North Zulch, Texas, with a visitation prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Willowhole Chapel on the cemetery property.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mavis Hyman; father Brones Hyman; mother Lucille Moody; sister Frances Haveron and husband Bill; brother Andrew Hyman; brother Richard Hyman and wife Margie; and sister Bernice Hyman.

James is survived by son James Hyman II and wife Mandy; daughter Lucy Gunnip and husband Kevin; daughter Debra Parker and husband Bert; stepdaughter Theresa Atkinson and husband Sammy; stepdaughter Donna Parrott and husband Mark; stepson Willie Bumpas and wife Connie; brother Adam Hyman and wife Christine; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Bill Ledbetter, Ty Ledbetter, Shane Atkinson, Craig Atkinson, Willie Bumpas III, and Damien Tijerina. Condolences may be left at www.shmfh.com.
