Interment was in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors. Honorary pall bearers were Amos Yates, Jack Robertson, Omil Hill, Clay Dawson, J.D. Cushmon, Oren Simpson, and Tommy Bowman.
Mr. Griffin died at 11:30 p.m. Sunday in Magic Plains Nursing Home.
He had been a resident of the Borger area since 1950.
He was retired owner of G.G. Pump Shop in Stinnett.

_Son - Dewey Cloys of Amarillo
_Daughter - Mrs. Joyce Trigg of Borger
_Sister - Mrs. Lois Robertson of Pampa
_Sister - Mrs. Lorene Yates of Dallas
_Sister - Mrs. Frances Cushman of Neosho, Mo.
_11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
