Obit: A. J. Burnette, 84, of Gainesville Highway, Buford, died Thursday, June 27, 1996, at Buford Manor Nursing Home.
He is survived by two sisters, Lucille McDaniel and Dorthy Roberts; three brothers, Robert Lee, Clifton, and Holland Burnette. Mr. Burnette, a native of Walton County, was a farmer and a member of Mt. View Baptist Tabernacle. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Sunday, June 30 at Tapp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl Leach officiating. Interment will fowllow in Peachtree Road Baptist Church Cemetery.
